Rebecca Saunders (born 19 December 1967 in London) is an English composer.Saunders studied violin and composition at the University of Edinburgh.

In 2000, she taught at the Darmstadt International Summer Courses.From 2005 to 2006 she was composer-in-residence at the Konzerthaus Dortmund.
