In the summer of 2002 the Rose Garden was renovated back to its original design. City of Sioux City IowaParks in Iowa.

Mose Reed�s Band played at the dedication and began a tradition of summertime musical events that continue to the present.Grandview Park's Municipal Bandshell] was constructed in 1930 with funds from the Civil Works Administration and was designed by local architect Henry L.Kamphoefner.

The reinforced concrete structure has received praise in an international architectural competition.

In May 1935, the bandshell was dedicated with great fanfare and has served as the site of numerous summer festivities, including Saturday in the Park.

Grandview Park is a park located in Sioux City, Iowa.

Started in 1907 and completed a year later, Grandview Park instigated over twenty years of large growth in Sioux City parks.
