Weser-Ems-Halle Halle 3, or Messehalle, is a multi-use indoor arena and exhibition hall that is located in Oldenburg, Germany.

The hall can host music concerts, sports events, congresses, and conferences.It also is the home arena of the EWE Baskets Oldenburg professional basketball team for European continental cup competitions.

The seating capacity of the arena is 5,118 for basketball matches.
