Roger Waters, born on 6 September 1943 at Great Weston-Super-Mare (Surrey), is a bassist and British songwriter, founding member of the group Pink Floyd. Metcalfe and Noble left the group in 1965 and are replaced by Syd Barrett and Bob Klose. Waters, who was until then the guitar became bassist.
