Pharoahe Monch (born Donald Jamerson on October 31, 1972 in Queens in New York) is an American rapper. This event marks the beginning of the solo career of Pharoahe Monch. The song Simon Says is presented in the film output, in 2000, of Charlie Angels and in the movie Boiler Room with the song Right Here. Rumours run on the output of the Innervisions album under the label Shady Records, but the case seems to have gone. Pharoahe Monch has since announced that he would exercise his talents under the Street Records Corporation label which is also one of the Wu-Tang Clan, David Banner and Terror Squad. In June 2007, he released his second (and currently last) album solo Desire critically-acclaimed.
