The Madball is a five-piece rock band from chicago, illinois that began their career as a support act for head-banging thrash metal veterans like slipknot and defcon i. But their true calling is in the slow, introspective and often powerful music that they write for themselves and their own self-imposed, self- criticised, set of rules. Their latest album, "the Madball" is their first new album in five years and was made as a result of taking a break from the music they've always loved. The band is made up of eleven autonomous individuals who spend their days apart from each other and the world in order to focus on their art and see if they can make something work.
