Jagged Edge is a quartet of RnB and Soul originating from Atlanta, Georgia music in the United States. The group is composed of the twins Brian and Brandon Casey, Richard Wingo and Kyle Norman. They were discovered by Kandi Burruss of Xscape group in the middle of the 1990s who presented them to his then producer Jermaine Dupri. The latter compared to the Boyz II Men and sign on his label So So Def Recordings. In 1997 get album of the group "A jagged era" so so def recordings/Columbia records. In 2003, the Group separates from JD and So So Def single for Columbia Records to continue "to downplay and show what we can without super producer" dixit Richard Wingo. Finally Jagged Edge and So So Def are found as early as 2007 Island records for the 6th album of the group entitled "Baby making Project" released September 25, 2007 and fully produced by Jermaine Dupri. Since 2009, they are officially signed on the label Slip-N-Slide and a new album is planned for late 2010.
