Hate Eternal is a Brutal death metal group originating from Florida. Hate Eternal was formed in 1997.Le line-up of origin was composed of Erik Rutan (guitars/vocals), Jared Anderson (bass/vocals), Tim Yeung (drums), and Doug Cerrito (guitars) from suffocation. In 2002, Derek Roddy (who participated in Nile, Divine Empire and Malevolent Creation) replaced Tim Yeung, and the Group recorded their second album, King of All Kings as a trio with Erik, Jared and Derek. That summer, Erik Rutan left on good terms Morbid Angel, because he wanted to devote more time to Hate Eternal. What followed was a flurry of international tours to promote King of All Kings, and a clip aired on MTV2 in the show Headbangers Ball, "powers that Be". Jared Anderson left the band shortly after due to drug problems. Randy Piro (a friend of Derek) replaced him at the raised foot, and the Group continued to advance. After the promotional tour in December 2003, the Group made a short break. In 2004, Hate Eternal began work on the successor to King of All kings, "I, Monarch". Recorded in early autumn, the album finally released in June 2005 praise by critics and fans, the album showed an inventive aspect rarely reached in extreme music, while keeping the speed and brutality that is part of the group. After a difficult tour of the United States in the summer, 2005, and after many financial problems the Group cancelled programmed, European tour in the fall. After having spent much time on personal problems and have met with differences of interest on the direction of the group, Derek Roddy announced his departure from Hate Eternal end March 2006. With obligations of touring, Erik Rutan and Randy Piro continued, and recruited former Dying Fetus drummer Kevin Talley for concerts at the United States in the spring and Reno Killerich for the European tour. July 26, 2007, Erik Rutan announced Jade Simonetto as the permanent drummer for the group. To date, Hate Eternal has released four albums: Conquering the Throne (1999), King of All Kings (2002), I, Monarch (2005) and Fury and Flames (2008). The last three albums were produced by Rutan.
