Since his departure, Blake Martin of A Plea For Purging has been filling in as second guitar.

The band then announced that their new album will be entitled Dreamer.

The DVD features all of the band's current music videos, including "The Closest Thing To Closure", "American Love", and "When Everything Falls".

Also on September 29, 2008 , Haste the Day streamed "Mad Man" on their Myspace.From October to November 2008, Haste The Day performed on Norma Jean's "The Anti-Mother Tour".

Haste the Day finished off 2007 with a full national tour with As I Lay Dying before taking some time off for Christmas.
